2010: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.
Played eight games, starting four. Totaled 20 tackles (11 solo),
two interceptions (with 16 return yards) and a pass breakup. Posted
four tackles (three solo) in season-opening win at Curry (9/4). Had
a career-high seven tackles (two solo) and a pass breakup against
Merrimack (9/24). Made five tackles (three solo) against New Haven
(10/2). Finished with two stops (one solo) and his first career
interceptions, returned 16 yards, in win at Saint Anselm (10/30).
Posted a solo tackle and interception in shutout win over
Assumption (11/6).
2009: Appeared in
all ten games as a freshman. Finished with 21 tackles (eight solo)
and a pass breakup. Had three tackles in win over Pace (10/10).
Matched that total (with one solo) at Southern Connecticut State
(10/17). Made a season-high six stops (three solo) in win over
Saint Anselm (10/24). Posted five tackles (two solo) with a pass
breakup at Assumption (10/30).
High
School: 2009 graduate of Trabuco Hills High School.
Captained the Track and Football Teams. Was a CIF Qualifier and
SeaView League Champion in the 110H, 300H, and 4x400m Relay team.
Also qualified for the California State track meet in the 4x400m
relay and was 2nd team All-SeaView League his sophomore,
junior and senior years.

Born March 28, 1991, in Newport Beach, Calif. Son of Mick Miela of
Foothill Ranch, Calif. Has two sisters, Jo (21) and Molly (23).
Double major in religious studies and American Studies. Supports
the Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Cardinals. Lists
Kurt Warner as favorite athlete. Also a member of the indoor and
outdoor track and field teams at Stonehill. Involved in LifeSkills.
